Utilizing Israeli technology, Halutza achieves a high level of efficiency. Halutza consistently produces a higher yield annualy per tree per acre. Olives are plump and intact. During the cold-press extraction process, oil extraction levels reach an amazing 17-19%, while other brands reach only 15-16%.

Halutza olive oil is rich in anti oxidizing materials including Polyphenols and Tocopherols. Tocopherols in Halutza olive oil contain high levels of Vitamin E, considered to have a positive contribution on our health.

For three years in a row Halutza has won citations from the Israeli Olive Board, three times crowned as “Israel’s Best Olive Oil”. Halutza was also awarded 1st Prize in Spain.
